Do you have the desire to begin the work of being culturally responsive in (and out of) the classroom? Join us for a 101 session that defines, presents research, and teaches skills necessary to start harnessing cultural awareness in schools. You will gain understanding of basic concepts of equity and response to culture in education, practice engaging in conversation about culturally responsive schools, and activities to bring back to both the classroom and your colleagues.
